A 3 judge panel on the 9th Circuit narrowly struck down Proposition 8.

Now we just have to wait and see if the proponents are going to appeal to the full 9th circuit, or to the Supreme Court (most likely to the Supreme Court).

The panel made another step in the right direction, at least.

Yesterday, a friend & I added 2,638 comics to my Comic Collectorz account. That's slightly over half of my collection.

Judge Vaughn Walker has overturned Proposition 8, the California Prop banning same-sex marriage, on the grounds that it violates both the due process and the equal protection clauses.

It's going to be appealed. Walker's already approved a stay in judgment but - it's a good step in the right direction.
